Conference Registration

The conference will take place on-site at the UC Davis Conference Center from August 27th to 29th, 2025. Registration is required for all conference attendees. To ensure publication, at least one author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference. Each registration fee covers the publication of one (1) paper in the conference proceedings. Additional papers require separate registrations.

  • Additionally, a $10 discount is available for all IFAC Affiliates.
  • All deadlines are at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Time). The registration portal will close on August 22nd, 2025. Registrations submitted after this time will not be accepted.
  • Both Regular and Student registrations include: 1) Full access to the technical program and conference proceedings; 2) Banquet attendance on Thursday evening; and 3) Lunches during conference days.

 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Full refund: Requests received on or before June 6th, 2025, will be fully refunded (minus a $40 processing fee).
  2. 50% refund: Requests received between June 6th and July 25th, 2025, will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  3. No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after July 25th, 2025.
