Visa Information
We encourage all attendees who require a visa to travel to the U.S. to begin their application process as early as possible. Detailed and up-to-date information on U.S. visa information can be found on the official government website: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas.html.
For authors with accepted papers, an official acceptance letter can be requested and downloaded from https://ifac.papercept.net under your submission workspace. To request a letter, go to the "Option" menu and click on "Request an acceptance letter." You will be directed to a new page where you can enter your passport information. The letter can then be downloaded as a PDF file. This document may be used for visa application and as proof of travel purpose.
